Mary Nall was mentioned in the 11 March 1745 will of her father, Daniel Brown, proved 26 March 1747. “Item I Give & bequeath to my Lovg: Daughter Mary Nall four shillings Currant Money”. [Orange County, Virginia, Will Book 2, pages 105–106.]
Mary was mentioned in the 16 September 1780 will of her husband, John Nalle, proved 19 August 1782. “Item I lend unto my Loving Wife for and During her Natural life or Widowhood the Tract of Land and Plantation whereon I now live also all my Slaves not before Bequeathed and all my Stock and furniture of all Kinds … And Lastly I do Constitute and appoint my Loving Wife Mary Nalle and my Sons John Nalle & Francis Nall Executors of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking and Disannuling all others by me before made In Witness Where I have hereunto set my Hand and affixed my seal this Sixteenth Day of September 1780.” [Culpeper County, Virginia, Mixed Records Volume B, pages 519–522.]
