On 20 April 1818, Wm. A. Garnett and Thomas Garnett were bound in the penalty of $3,000 for Wm. A. Garnett’s administrations of the goods, chattels and credits of Judith Booker, deceased. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 18, page 480.]
