I Richard Shearwood of the County of Essex, and parish of Southfarnham do make & ordain this to be my last will & Testament in manner and form following vizt. 1st it is my will that all my just debts be paid, 2dly I give to my daughter Nancy Two hundred dollars, 3dly the balance of my estate to be equally divided amongst all my children 4thly, it is my will and desire that my Executor do sell my negro woman Jemimah, and buy another with the money that she sells for for the use of my children, Lastly I nominate and appoint my friend Henry H. Boughan Exeutor [sic] to this my last will & Testament, In witness whereof I have have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of Septemr eighteen hundred & twenty four
