On 14 July 1755, Martha Waggener of the County of Essex and Parish of Southfarnham gave to Benjamin Waggener of the same. For and in considerations of her maintenance on the part of Benjamin Waggener, right and title to land left by her deceased husband Benjamin Waggener. Signed Martha her + mark Waggener.
