On 20 March 1743/4, John Minter, John Phillips, a Richd Gatewood and Benjamin Dunn bound £300 sterling for John Minter’s and John Phillip’s execution of the last will and testament of John Minter. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 7, pages 93–94.]
