On 17 July 1750, “On the Motion of Mary Dicks Widow and Relict of Thomas Dicks decd It is ordered that Thomas Haile, John Haile and George Coleman do divide the Estate of the said Thomas Dicks deceased into three parts and allot to the said Mary one third part thereof according to Law”.
