Catharine Street was mentioned in the 15 February 1769 will of her mother Sebell Carlton. She was to receive the remainder of the estate after other bequests; Catharine’s daughters, not named, were to receive other property. Catharine and her husband Henry Street were to be executors, but when the will was proved on 19 June 1769 only Henry was mentioned as being granted a certificate for obtaining probate. Catherine Street was mentioned in the 4 September 1783 will of her husband Henry Street. She was to receive all his estate during her life and was to serve as executrix with Henry’s brother Richard Street. On 17 May 1784, Catherine and Richard Street presented the will in court.
