On 21 October 1811, Henry W Latane, Warner Lewis, John Waring, Thos. L: Latane and Wm. C Latane were bound in the penalty of $50,000 for Henry W Latane’s administration with the will annexed of the goods, chattels and credits of William Latane, deceased.
